TERMS OF SERVICE

DooDoo-Gone Pet Waste Removal Service LLC (“us,” “we,” or “our”) is an independent business offering pet waste removal for homes, businesses, and commercial properties. By using our services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), which govern our relationship. Accepting our Services binds you to these Terms.

Our ability to provide Services may depend on weather, grass height, yard access (your duty), and other factors beyond our control. We aim for reliability, but these may affect us.

SERVICES

​

We offer One-Time, Weekly, and Seasonal Cleanings for residential and commercial clients. Pricing is based on number of dogs and yard size of 1/8th acre standard yard size; larger areas add $10 per extra 1/8th acre. Our mission is clean, safe yards for all. This fee rarely applies.

YARD ACCESS

​

You permit us to enter your property on your service day, whether you’re home or not, solely for waste removal. If locked gates, blocked paths, or loose pets prevent access, we’ll skip the visit. As a monthly service, no refunds are given for missed weeks. We will be back the next week to clean up all of the missed waste. Share gate codes or keys to avoid issues. A $5 fee applies for return trips off-route.

WEATHER

​

We work in light to medium rain and cold weather if safe, but severe storms, winds, extreme temps, floods, or snow/ice

cancel service. As a monthly service, no refunds are given for missed weeks. We will be back the next week to clean up all of the missed waste. Call for urgent needs; we’ll try to help but can’t promise it.

HOLIDAYS

​

No service on July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day. If your day falls here, we skip and resume next week—no refunds, as we’ll handle all waste then.

BILLING

​

We bill monthly (every 30 days) in advance. Payment is due 24 hours before service, or we pause until settled. After 30 days unpaid, a first-time fee applies on restart. One-Time Cleanings need 50% paid upfront, 50% paid after service is completed. Pauses last 30 days max, or you’re off the schedule.

 

YARD CONDITIONS

Tall grass, leaves, or debris may hide waste, causing misses. We’ll get it next time if the yard’s maintained. Email dpetwasteremoval@gmail.com if we miss too much.

 

PRIVACY

 

We collect your name, address, contact information and any pet details you provide to deliver Services. It’s for our use only and will never be sold or shared to third parties.

 

CHANGES

 

We may update Terms with notice. Continued use means you accept revisions.

 

SHUTDOWN

 

We may close from Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day. You’re billed unless you clean your yard fully during this time.

 

FIRST TIME CLEAN UP FEES

 

First-time cleanups cost $30-$100 plus monthly rates. This fee applies to any new monthly memberships.
